Store Credit or Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds on any item, we do offer a store credit or exchange. On items that are not custom made once purchased and delivered we allow up to 14 days from when your order is delivered to exchange or get a store credit.
For US customers, shipping label will be emailed to you on all approved exchanges & store credits. The charge for the label will be deducted from your credit or exchange.

Once you start your eligible store credit or exchange and approved, you will be sent an email with shipping instructions.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tags & packaging. We will not accept any exchanges or store credits if these requirements have not been met.
To complete your store credit or exchange , we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Final Sale items & Custom Orders may not be exchanged or receive a store credit.
Closet 911 monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order, store credit or exchange activity.
Shipping back the Store Credit or Exchange
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange or store credit item.
All sales are final however if your item is defective or damaged please contact our customer service department and we will work to get you a replacement item.
